As much as I think it shouldn't be allowed for a kid to smoke anywhere no matter where their smoking, I think Norvelt allows it because on page 244 when it said "Bunny was already there and was smoking a cigarette" Jack didn't seem surprised and when Bunny asked if he wanted one he didn't say no because were not allowed to. So I think that they might actually be able to smoke as kids in Norvelt.
I think that it is not okay for kids to smoke,it is irisponsoble and also terrible for your lungs,your heart,your throut and your brain and those ae just some of the body parts that smoking effects.
Well in my opinion I don't think a kid is suppose to smoke anywhere they are in the world and I don't think there parents will approve of them smoking.
