NO I don't think that while Jack was trapped in his room he was going insane, because Jack had been in his room learning many many lessons about appropriate behavior and he was reading books all the time and he seemed to be gaining more maturity than going insane. Jack also at first did not want to go to Mrs.Volker's house to help her but now he does on a daily bases and actually wants to go to her house. So I think rather than going insane he was learning lessons and earning more trust and maturity.
Probably because i know i would and they did not have that much entertaining technology back then so he would not have much to do but read and look around so i think he has gone insane
No I don't think he gone insane but I think he got bored because all he got to do in this room with just read and you can't do that much stuff in your room without getting bored and it's more fun to go outside your room and play outside but he is grounded so you can't do that so all he can do is just wait until Miss Volker calls him down to write obituaries or investigate the deaths of the Norvelters.

ReplyDeleteNo I do not think that Jack has gone insane, he is just becoming more mature and realising the good things in life. He is also improving his behavior.
