Well as far as I know he seems to be a guy that does things mysteriously because he is going to buy all the Norvelt houses and move them to West Virginia but didn't tell anyone, except for Bunny. He also seems to be a dad that doesn't really care about Bunny because Bunny does a lot of things to get Jack out of doing things and when she see's Jack she doesn't say anything about getting in trouble or maybe he doesn't really care to find out what she's up to.
Mr.Huffer seems like a guy who is not that open with things, but always busy with his job. He doesn't really seem to focus on his daughter Bunny that which could be the reason why she always wants to hangout with Jack.
Mr Huffer is a death obssesed guy but he seems really sad and lonely,he is at the dead persons house befor Mrs Volker and she is trying to be the last original norvelter.
Mr. Huffer is the mysterious kind of guy because he likes to investigate the death of people and he lives in a house full of dead people you can say that he is a guy that's not scared easily.
