I think Jack is mature but he makes some really stupid decisions in life and i don't think he should be able to drive a car at that age with or without a lisence.
In my opinion I think he's kind of mature because he can drive by himself but he really make stupid decisions in his life because you cannot drive without a license or with the age of 12 or 11 it's really not mature well that's my opinion though but I think when he goes up he's going to be super mature get a great job and be able to drive with a license.
