Mrs.Volker may be gross and unusual because of her hands but she is very talented aside from the fact that her hands don't work properly and the reason I say she's talented is because when she writes the obituaries / tells Jack what to write for the obituary she uses a lot of details and feelings and uses expressive words not just plain old dull words. She is also the kind of person that gets the job done and right away because as soon as she hears that she needs to go to a dead person's house she is right on it and gets the job done properly.
Mrs Volker is a kind old lady who writes the Norvelt obituarys and she has made a promise to Mrs Rosovelt to be the last original Norvelter left standing,she is taleented but she has to cook her hands so she can use them.she al5so is a former nurse and she has to inspect all the dead bodys and then sign a form. she is a nice,well rounded human and she is also very wise.
Mrs.Volker is a kin old lady who cares about the health of Norvelt and she gets her job done like when someone dies and they need someone to write there obituaries and Miss Volker writes well tells Jack in detail and when you read it, it's sad it will make you cry and miss the person who died when you need someone to investigate a dead body you can ask Miss Volker she will help in any way because she made the commitment to Mrs.Roosevelt and she wants to keep her promise, but she gross some people out because of her hands and she is a former nurse but I don't think no one wants surgery from her hands. Miss Volker and a wise thinker and gets her job done no matter the cost.
