If you were Jacks mom would you have said the same statment "I'd hate hate to see these old folks move on to the next world ,but for some of them it might be the best".Do you think dying is the best thing to happen at old age?
In my opinion it depends how old you are, if you are 100 years old or more you probably don't have energy to do anything and will just sit around and I think that's worse then being dead doing nothing because you won't be bored if your dead since you won't know your dead you'll be thinking of nothing. So once your 100 years old and can't do anything I think it's best you are gone so that way your not bored (You'll never be bored when your dead).
From the age range of 70-100+, yes I do think death would be better for them because seeing them go through some much pain hurts. Growing up and seeing me great grand parents not even being able to walk and breath easily hurts me. Sometimes the use to say to me they couldn't wait until they gone to heaven, stuff like that. But if there age is like 50-70 then I think they should live a little longer unless they have some bad disease or such but yeah thats what I think.
