I think Jack's nose is going to get worse and worse if they don't do anything soon to fix it and he may have a concussion if he loses too much blood. But aside from that I think he may get sick or loose all his energy if he keeps bleeding when he gets shocked.
I think that if jack doesn't get treatment soon he's nose and gonna keep bleeding and gonna get worse and worse and he might lose he's energy if he keeps losing blood everytime he gets shocked or scared and he might pass out.
