"Crisply Ironed" means unwrinkled and no bends, so on page 90 when Jack described his mother wearing a "Crispy Ironed Summer dress" it meant she was wearing a unwrinkled Summer dress that wasn't bent.
"Crisply Ironed" means that there are no wrinkles and it is straight and not bend at all. on page 90 when Jack's mom came in Jack's room with a "crisply ironed summer dress" it meant that she was wear an unwrinkled straight dress and wasn't bent.
