Well yeah in a way it is but I have awesome friends and I can't get them by buying them, I have to be a good friend same with your health you can't buy good health you have to exercise lots and be active progressively. But with money you can buy many things that aren't friends and good health but I'd rather have good friends and good health then live in a fancy house without anybody to come over or have to worry about my body getting a disease.
I agree with Helli. Money is the system we live in but is not the life we want to live. What I mean is this. While we need money to improve quality of life and to meet our physical needs, it does not fulfill psychological and spiritual needs. If my physical needs, food, shelter etc, were all taken care of, I would not need money at all really. I cannot say the same of family and friends. I will always need that to feel fulfilled.

I guess it kind of is, we need money for a lot of things such as Clothes and food. With out money we would have no food and no clothes. But like the Beatles once made a song of "Money can't buy me love". So what im trying to say is that yes we need money but we also need family, so its 50-50.
It is not, money cant buy happiness and it certanly cant buy friendship because if you are buying stuff for your freind to gain thier freindship than thats not a true friendship. As Helli W said you need money to buy the esentials but not unless you have them.
Well in a way it kind of is but it doesn't matter if you have and million or a billion dollars because even if you have all that money you can't always buy everything with it especially friends, you cannot buy your own friends because friends don't hang around you because your rich they hang around you because your nice and they like you. People think that you can buy anything with money, but you can't, some people hang around you because your rich and then when you are broke they will just toss you like garbage because their done with you, some people will hang around you even if your poor or rich because true friends don't care because they are your friends. Sure we need money for food and clothes and a roof on top of our head just remember that money doesn't always buy everything you want.
