Maybe because that Jacks dad likes calling him Jackie and Jacks dad would probably get mad at his mom when she don't call him that and probably that Jack's parents agreed on calling him Jackie but when Jacks dad isn't home Jacks mom calls him Jack.
Maybe because "Jackie" sounds more friendly and nice and cute making Jack's dad think that Jack's mother is nice to him when Jack's dad is gone.
Maybe because when Jacks dad is home Jacks mom is nicer to Jackie but when hes gone she calls him jack because shes just being a serious mother.
Maybe because she is trying to influance Jacks dad to be more loving to him but wene he is gone she dosent.
