When read chapter 2 I was grossed out after i read the part where Mrs.Volker was melting her hands off. I thought it would be a scary disgusting chapter.
The whole chapter over all was disgusting and creepy honestly, but it also kind of scared me a bit just thinking about the fact that Mrs.Volker was melting her hands in a pot of boiling wax. I was kind of hoping that Jack would leave and tell his mother or someone he could trust about what Mrs.Volker was doing. I thought that maybe Jack was just joking or was seeing things but unfortunately it was the disgusting truth.
I think the chapter was very disgusting and gross but it had alot of description and it was overall a creative chapter that stood out from the rest of the chapters I have read.
I was completely disgusted, taking wax off with her mouth uugghh. I could just imagine what her hands look like. But then again it was a creative chapter just gross to.
I think the chapter was gross but I kind of liked reading it.When I was reading it I was imagining what Mrs.Volker's hands looked like.They most look nasty.
