    Yes, I would because she gave them to me and i would be grateful because it's not everyday that a neighbor gives you a gift for helping her.

    Yes, I would be very grateful because Jack wasn't assuming that he would get a gift, Mrs.Volker just gave him a gift that he would enjoy and she didn't have to give him a gift so that was very kind of Mrs.Volker to do that.
