I think Bunny made weird noises to make Jack mad at her and make him feel the way she was feeling. Bunny may have also wanted to make him annoyed so he'd stop calling her because he had been calling her so many times it might have made her annoyed.
I think the reason why Bunny made weird noises is to creep Jack out so he would know how she feels and notice that she doesn't want him to call her anymore.
