Yes I was surprised,because I thought we was childish and weird.I never thought he had a tough side and that he would help people.I thought he was a weird and silly guy on a adult tricycle.
No I wasn't surprised. He volunteers for everything under under the sun. I am surprised he is not volunteer mayor. I agree a lot with Evalyn O, but to be fair actually no one does take him seriously. I don't think anyone ever will.
