No,Mr spizz would have gotten it himself and the town is so small that its bound to be known where Mr Spizz is at all times,Like he is part of the police force for crine out loud,and the whle town should know that Mr Spizz dosent like Jack.
Yes, because Mr.Spizz is a volunteer cop so I(as the cashier) must have heard about Spizz needing poison and Spizz is a lazy guy so he must have sented someone to get it for him.
