If I saw any grown adult riding an adult sized tricycle I would have stared at them and laughed because you don't regularly see an adult riding a tricycle.
If I have saw an adult riding a tricycle I would have stare and them and start laughing my head off and I don't even know why Mr.Spizz would ride a tricycle and why he would have tricycle I think the tricycle belongs to his friends son or he actually brought one.
I would think he escaped from an insane asylam and thought he was going to kill the town,i would call the police and told them "a man has escaped the crazy asylam".!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
