If you were Jack's dad would you make your son do almost all the work for the bomb shelter or would you give your son a rest and you do some of the work?
If I were Jack's dad I would make myself do most of the work because I'd be more stronger and he's just a kid so he shouldn't have to do that much work because he might hurt himself with the shovel. So overall I would probably do 75% of the work and he could do 25% of the work.
I would have him do some of the work for a little father son time. I honestly don't know much about it because I am a girl. But having fun and building muscles I am almost positive that boys love to do that, and love the outdoors. But I would let him take a break every hour or so. It isn't right too make your kids clean the whole house or do all the chores, even if you make a lot of the mess. Or even do all the hard work, you should do what you want to do but sometimes you have to just leave your kid out of it.
