Wow that's a great question. I would definitely care about my nose bleeding when I was nervous or shocked. Mainly because if I was shocked all the time about things or nervous all the time I would be bleeding a lot and I would be scared about losing too much blood and getting light headed or sick.
If I were Jack Gantos I would be cautious of my problem. I would take my iron tablets every night and I would tell my class about the nose bleed problem.I would also try to avoid stressful situations and I would avoid horror movies.
If i had a nose bleeding problem i would definitely care about it, I would tell my whole family and tell them that i can't get nervous or shocked and i wold definitely avoid horror movies even though i love them because it's much better then losing alot of blood and get sick or light headed i would take my iron tables almost twice a day and tell everyone in my class room so they know I can't get nervous or shocked.

I would not be as careless but I would not take that much caution to the nose problem. Looking in my perspective I would not want to give up things like roller coasters and horror movies. Kids like to experience things like that this nose problem would not mean I would have to give that up. But by some of the other comments that is what I get from them. Boys like Jack like adventure, they like horror movies and stuff that to some people would be scary but also to some people is fun. I would not want to give that up because of some condition.
