I wouldn't cut down the corn because I wouldn't want my mother to tell my dad about what I was doing with his guns but since he would be mad at me I would just tell him myself that I was playing with his guns, and that is why I wouldn't cut down the corn. Telling him myself would be better then leaving it to my mother to tell him because she would have told him later and then I would have been keeping the secret away from him longer and would have been in bigger trouble.
I would mow like what Jack did, I have to listen to my dad and it would get me on his good side like Jack said "Mom is a ticking time bomb and sooner or later she would blow up and tell dad what I had done".
I would have listened to my mom because she is the one that would tell my dad what I did. I dont like getting into trouble and this would get me into so much trouble that is unnecessary.
