Yes, because when he made Jack buy the poison i was wondering why he needed it? And he was determined for the old laddies to drop dead so its only Spizz and Miss Volker.
No because Mr.Spizz seems like a little kid who's not able to do anything because he rides his little tricycle and that fact about him just makes him seem harmless to me. Another reason I didn't think Mr.Spizz was the guy that murdered the old ladies was because he always seemed to be in the way of Jack and Mrs.Volker but not those old ladies.
