I would always make sure I have pills to calm me down since she gets the shakes and cramping convulsions with her muscular disease and get lots of rest so I could have a peaceful day.
I would just ignore it and pretend I didn't have a muscular disease and take pills to tame it.
I would go to the docters and find out how i can fix it emediatley.
